Support posture

Customer-facing help should resolve here first.

  • Use Nexus docs/support links in customer-facing UI.
  • Keep external dependency references out of the primary support funnel.
  • Escalate operator-only issues through internal runtime procedures, not public product docs.
Scope discipline

Support content must reflect true ownership.

  • Document what Nexus owns today.
  • Mark backend-owned surfaces that are still in migration.
  • Do not promise operational features that still depend on external product control planes.
